We always have people asking lots of questions!  We get it.  This “river tubin” is a relatively new concept in Johnstown.  In fact our rivers weren’t utilized for many many years because of pollution.  After a huge effort by so many organizations, our river is now a destination for many out of towners as well as people native to Johnstown.
